NFL Week 6 Preview

This week has some crooked game lines. The worst of the year so far. Expect some blowouts, maybe even some that are surprising. In fact, the hapless Pullies might catch their first win in the League of Leagues.

Week 6 Game Lines

  • Sporty Strauss (1) -21 vs Wait ’Til Next Year (8)

  • Las Cabras (2) -32 vs DTC Porkchop Express (9)

  • Shepherd Goods Choppers (3) -30 vs Win’s Up Doc (10)

  • $traight Cash Homie (4) -5 vs MN Moose Knuckles (11)

  • Cooper Troopers (5) -10 vs The BamOs (6)

  • Ornery Otters (7) +11 vs The Pullies (12)

Sporty Strauss, Las Cabras, and the Shepherd Goods Choppers, the top-3 teams in the league, all are projected to win by more than 20. Projections mean nothing, but this speaks more about the teams they are facing. Wait ‘Til Next Year, DTC Porkchop Express and Win’s Up Doc all have low projection totals and could be in for a world of hurt against those top-3 squads.

Cooper Troopers: Advantage at 5/10 positions
The BamOs: Advantage at 5/10 positions

Two 2-3 teams slugging it out to get back to .500 in the middle of the season? There’s no doubt that is the matchup of the week! The season isn’t over for the loser, but the winner gets a coveted head-to-head win over another team competing for the playoffs.

If the Cooper Troopers lose, it will be their 4th straight loss, which would be a brutal beat with the strength of that roster. One of those losses was by a fraction of a point. Another was caused by sitting an RB who went off on his bench for one who didn’t do anything.

If The BamOs lose, it’s not the end of the world with matchups against Oat, Hall, Kyle and Korey the next month of the season, before a brutal end.

And it’s going to come down to Monday Night, Coop’s favorite night of the year. Derek Henry and Julio Jones are going to have to get it done for The BamOs in primetime.
